Terms and Conditions that Specifically Apply to Cruise Services
The addresses will be the only recipient of this receipt and terms and conditions and it is the sole responsibility of the addressee to inform all other parties either listed or traveling on the cruise of its contents. Multiple receipts will not be issued. The passenger, by accepting this receipt and making payment towards the cruise noted on the reverse side, acknowledges that they have been advised of these terms and conditions and the importance to Travel Insurance and cancellation penalties, and has read and understands all information included with the receipt. The primary passenger named on the reverse side is solely responsible for conveying this information to all travel companions.
NON-US/CANADIAN READ IMMEDIATELY
The following cruise lines, HOLLAND AMERICA, OCEANIA, PRINCESS and COSTA now prohibit all travel agencies located in the United States from selling cruises to citizens of countries other than the United States and Canada, UNLESS they have a residence in the U.S. or Canada at the time of purchase and can provide documentation of such. Also, your past passenger account / number must have a US address listed in the cruise line record. PLEASE BE ADVISED, if you do not meet these requirements, the cruise line and / or Cruises-N-More will cancel your booking and any penalties will be solely your responsibility, and Cruises-N-More will not bear any costs or responsibilities. When you booked this reservation, you checked you were a US or Canadian resident and / or citizen. If you now have a residence in the US or Canada but your past passenger record at the cruise line does not, it is your responsibility to change it, or the cruise line will cancel your booking when they check your past passenger information against this reservation and have the right to assess a penalty.
VERIFY ALL INFORMATION FOR ACCURACY
Please review your confirmation carefully for accuracy & spelling and notify Cruises-N-More immediately, within 24hours of booking date, if any changes or corrections are needed. Compare ship, sailing dates, and itinerary on this receipt with the cruise line's current brochure or website for accuracy.
LEGAL NAMES ARE REQUIRED
Please note that all passenger names listed must be LEGAL first & last names. It is important that guest names on travel documents (passport, Alien Resident Card, birth certificates, etc.) be identical to those on the cruise, and airlines tickets (if applicable). Otherwise, proof of name change (i.e., a marriage license) AND a valid driver's license or government issued photo ID (i.e., U.S. Military ID) may be required to be presented (more information in IDENTIFICATION & PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP SECTION BELOW). Those on honeymoon cruises should consider the fact that their travel documents (proof of citizenship) will be in maiden names and cruise documents must match.
PASSENGER/NAME CHANGES
Name change requests (including incorrect legal names or misspellings) that occur within 70 days of sailing departure date are at the discretion of the cruise line AND subject to cruise line imposed fees and/or penalties. All name changes MUST be submitted over the phone by calling 1-800-733-2048 and speaking with an agent to confirm which penalties, if any, are required. This procedure must be followed to accurately and expeditiously change a name upon your request. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions regarding this procedure.
CRUISE LINES TERMS & CONDITIONS
Read the Supplier's Terms and Conditions carefully. Cruise line passenger contracts contain important information concerning your cruise vacation (i.e. pregnancy & age restrictions, itinerary changes, refusal of passage etc.) Review the cruise line's terms and conditions, particularly policies concerning cancellation penalties as these apply. If applicable, locate your cabin to verify its location and bedding options. Cruise line brochures may be viewed for the terms and conditions on the applicable cruise line's website. https://members.reservationsite.net/ssl/pdf/cruises-n-more/Terms-Conditions-by-Cruise-Line-Passenger-Contracts.pdf

PROCESSING FEE
Dependent on the cruise line, your credit card may have been charged a onetime per cabin non-refundable/non-transferrable support fee at the time of your initial payment for this reservation. FUEL SUPPLEMENT
Cruise lines reserve the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all passengers if the New York Mercantile Exchange Index Oil prices exceed $65-$70 per barrel, even if a booking is paid in full or deposited. Surcharges are determined by the cruise line and range from $9-$12 a day, however this amount can change per cruise line. Cruises-N-More will not add these fees unless the cruise line re-enacts the supplement. Please note, Cunard currently charges a fuel supplement and this fee is included in your invoice and subject to change.
FINAL PAYMENTS
Your final payment is due by the date above and cruise line cancellation penalties begin on or before that date. It is your sole responsibility to make that payment on or before the due date to avoid cancellation of your booking. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. MONEY ORDERS AND CASHIER'S CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF THEY ARRIVE IN OUR OFFICE FIVE DAYS PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE SHOWN. Cruises-N-More will not be responsible if your cruise or air cancels, cabin changes or for any penalties imposed if you do not provide us with a credit card for final payment on or before the due date, regardless of whether someone from our office calls to remind you of final payment or not. The cruise line has all rights to cancel your cruise and/or charge penalties on or after this date. Please note our hours of operation so as not to call or email authorization after those times as we cannot be held responsible for missed final payment or cancellation dates imposed by the cruise line. IF THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE FALLS ON A WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE WEEKEND OR THE DAY BEFORE THE HOLIDAY. SHOULD YOU WISH TO USE A DIFFERENT CARD THAN THE ONE LISTED ON THE INVOICE YOU MUST CALL US THE DAY BEFORE BY 6PM EST. Cruises-N-More cannot be responsible for any itinerary changes, cabin changes, denied boarding, pricing changes including but not limited to tax increases, or any other deviations or changes (including canceling of a sailing by a cruise line) or for any damages or losses that may result. AIRFARE ADD-ON
If you have chosen cruise line provided airfare, please remember that the cruise line reserves the right to choose for each passenger: the air carrier, routing, flight times, and airport from each gateway city. If you make other air transportation arrangements (i.e. through a third party other than the cruise line) the cruise line or their agents assumes no responsibility. Additionally, if you encounter delays and miss the ship, you assume all responsibility for, but not limited to, loss of time, money, or property. Flight information regarding cruise line provided airfare is available approximately 14-21 days prior to your departure date. Please call us during this time period if you wish your flight information prior to the arrival of your documents. If you wish to control any details of your air flights, we STRONGLY recommend that you request an airfare deviation from the cruise line at a cost of $35 - $50pp plus additional airfare costs. This option is available up to 45 - 60 days (approx.) prior to departure & varies by cruise line. The vendor will not guarantee that all family members will be on the same flights unless a deviation is purchased; and Cruises-N-More will not be responsible for separation of family members / traveling companions or for any flight schedule/time or airline choice at anytime regardless of whether you purchased a deviation or not as we have no control over vendor chosen airfare at any time.
Please contact us for further details regarding this option.
VENDOR PENALTIES AND CANCELLATION FEES
All cruise lines and vacation vendors have penalties for cancelling or changing your cruise; penalties and cancellation terms vary by cruise line/vendor, promotional code you are booked under and itinerary. THERE ARE SOME PENALTIES THAT BEGIN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND SOME FARES THAT ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Some fare codes are also not combinable with amenities listed in the original advertisement. Please contact our agency at 1-800-733-2048 BEFORE PURCHASING your cruise to verify fare details. Cruises-N-More is not responsible for any misquotes from the vendor of the penalty amount, when these penalties go into effect or any other reason as this is cruise line regulation and not that of Cruises-N-More.
CANCELLATION OF CRUISES BY THE CLIENT
If you wish to cancel your cruise contact us at 1-800-733-2048 to find out of any applicable cruise line penalties. To proceed with the cancellation, an email must be sent to your booking agent along with a carbon copy to service@cruises-n-more.com. It should include the booking number and passenger details. It is the client's responsibility to follow up with the agency to ensure the email has been received as BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE CANCELLED WITHOUT WRITTEN NOTIFICATION and Cruises-N-More will not be held liable for penalties incurred if it is not received. Refunds (if applicable) will only be made to the credit card which was used to pay for the canceling client. NOTE: If you are traveling with another person and your cabin becomes a single instead of a double your cost will be refigured at the vendor's discretion and may be as high as 200% more.
CHANGE OF CRUISE DATE/SHIP
Cruise ship/date change requests are CANCELLATIONS that are being rebooked. Please be advised that if the is deemed a cancellation by the cruise line, that you may be subject to imposed by the cruise line as specifically outlined in the terms and section of their brochure. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU REVIEW THIS TO ANY CHANGE.
You must call our agency for /change requests at 1-800-733-2048.
TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE
Travel Protection Insurance is Strongly Recommended. Cancellation & Medical Insurance Protection is an important purchase decision regarding your cruise vacation travel. As your travel agent, we have a professional responsibility to discuss the purchase of cruise insurance to protect both yourself and your vacation. Travel insurance provided protection for the traveler in the event that the trip is canceled due to certain unforeseen circumstances (for specific inclusions/exclusions, please contact a Cruises-N-More Vacation Consultant). Travel Insurance also protects in the event of most medical emergencies, and in many instances, pre-existing conditions are covered if purchased at time of initial trip payment. Some other benefits may include legal assistance, emergency medical evacuation, medical referrals, and travel document and ticket replacement assistance. By not purchasing Travel Insurance, you are liable for any cancellation penalties and out of pocket expenses incurred and are responsible for your own provisions in the event of an emergency while traveling. Again, we strongly recommend that you review this protection with a Sales Representative/Agent. If you chose "Decline" for the insurance coverage it will not appear on your Invoice and you are hereby waiving your rights to this important coverage. Cruises-N-More shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler. If you HAVE purchased Travel Insurance, expect your policy to arrive via email within 48 hours of booking. IMPORTANT: If you have not received your policy within 7 days of your booking date, please call us at 1-800-733-2048.
DINING PREFERENCE
Please note that all dinner seating are REQUESTS and that the cruise line will make every effort to your preference. Any medically necessary dining change must have a request and a letter from a doctor.
CABIN GUARANTEES
Please note that if you have chosen a cabin on a "guarantee" basis it will be indicated on your confirmation letter as "unassigned" "run- of-ship" "ros" "guarantee" or "gty.". A cabin guarantee is a reservation for at least that category OR higher. No agent at Cruises-N-More hereby implies that you WILL attain a cabin better that the minimum category guarantees - other than by chance. Please expect the cabin category as guaranteed and be pleasantly surprised IF your resulting cabin is a higher category. Final assignments of "guarantees" may be at the time of documentation OR ultimately at the pier on day of embarkation. Additionally, if you have chosen a guarantee - please be advised that in bookings consisting of 3-5 people sharing the same cabin, that the cruise line reserves the right to utilize one rollaway to accommodate all guests. Be aware you may receive a cabin on a different deck than you traveling companions when purchasing a cabin category guarantee versus purchasing a cabin assignment. Once a cabin is assigned, no cabin changes can be made.
GOVERNMENT TAX INCREASES IMPOSED BY THE CRUISE
The cruise line sends Cruises-N-More a notification of increased government / fees that are more than the original amounts on the invoice, the client's card will automatically be charged the difference even after final . Cruises-N-More has no control over these increases and failure to pay result in denied boarding. Occasionally cruise lines may add these taxes / fees to your onboard account; in that case we would not have made aware of the increase to notify you prior to sailing.
ITINERARIES
The cruise line has reserved the right to cancel or change itineraries at any time.
