Pre-cruise Registration

New passport rules

Recently passed legislation has deferred the date for land and sea border crossings until January 1, 2008. HOWEVER, all passengers traveling by air between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, The Caribbean and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport for entry or re-entry into the U.S. effective January 8, 2007. Passports are strongly recommend as the preferred form of identification when traveling. Information regarding the passport requirement is available online at U.S. Department of State website.

All passengers must present the required documentation at embarkation. Guests without the required documentation will be denied boarding and no refund will be issued. Please understand that cruise lines will strictly enforce this requirement to be in compliance with this important U.S. Government mandate.

Non U.S. nationals should contact their respective governments to obtain further details.

Pre-Registration procedure

Azamara Club Cruises requires guests to be checked in no later than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time (Some sailings may require an earlier check-in time. Please refer to your Guest Vacation Documents for specific information). Guests arriving late will not be permitted to sail. This supports government regulations in some ports that require cruise lines to submit a departure manifest 60 minutes prior to sailing. Guests are requested to complete Online Check-in no later than 3 days prior to the cruise in order to expedite the pier check-in process. .

Guests sailing on Carnival should complete their pre-cruise guest registration online prior to arriving at the pier if at all possible. If you are unable to pre-register online, you should complete the immigration forms enclosed with your cruise documents promptly upon receipt and follow the directions provided for mailing or faxing back to Carnival.

Guests sailing on Celebrity should complete their pre-cruise guest registration online prior to arriving at the pier if at all possible. If you are unable to pre-register online, you should complete the immigration forms enclosed with your cruise documents promptly upon receipt and follow the directions provided for mailing or faxing back to Celebrity.

Guests sailing on Costa should complete their pre-cruise guest registration online prior to arriving at the pier if at all possible. If you are unable to pre-register online, you should complete the immigration forms enclosed with your cruise documents promptly upon receipt and follow the directions provided for mailing or faxing back to Costa.

Guests sailing on Crystal Cruises should complete their pre-cruise information prior to arriving at the pier. You may either print the available Adobe PDF file below or complete the registration forms which will arrive with your cruise documents.

Guests sailing on Holland America should complete their pre-cruise guest registration online prior to arriving at the pier if at all possible. If you are unable to pre-register online, you should complete the immigration forms enclosed with your cruise documents promptly upon receipt and follow the directions provided for mailing or faxing back to Holland America.

Fill in your personal details and print the form. This way you will have priority when going through the embarkation check-in.
On-line check-in can be made up to 48 hours before departure.
The service is available in the following embarkation ports: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Bari, Civitavecchia, Copenhagen, Genoa, Kiel, Marseille, Naples, Palermo, Valencia, Venice.

Guests sailing on NCL should complete their pre-cruise guest registration online prior to arriving at the pier if at all possible.

Guests sailing on Oceania Cruises should complete their pre-cruise information prior to arriving at the pier. Guests will receive pre-cruise forms with their documents which should be completed and either mailed or faxed to Oceania Cruises.

Guests sailing on Orient Lines should complete their pre-cruise information prior to arriving at the pier. Guests will receive pre-cruise forms with their documents which should be completed and either mailed or faxed to Orient Lines.

Guests sailing on Princess should complete their pre-cruise guest registration online. Luggage tags will accompany your pre-cruise documents. Once final payment and complete immigration information has been received, Princess guests may print their "Boarding Pass" within 75 days of departure by accessing their Cruise Personalizer page.

Guests sailing on Regent Seven Seas Cruises must complete their pre-cruise registration forms prior to cruise documents being issued. Guests will receive pre-cruise registration forms from your booking agent. Please complete promptly and follow the directions provided for mailing or faxing back to Regent Seven Seas.

Guests sailing on Royal Caribbean should complete their pre-cruise guest registration online prior to arriving at the pier if at all possible. If you are unable to pre-register online, you should complete the immigration forms enclosed with your cruise documents promptly upon receipt and follow the directions provided for mailing or faxing back to Royal Caribbean.

Guests sailing on Seabourn Cruise Line should complete their pre-cruise information prior to arriving at the pier. You may either print the available Adobe PDF file below or complete the registration forms which will arrive with your cruise documents.

Regiister

Guests sailing on Silversea Cruises should complete their pre-cruise information prior to arriving at the pier. Guests will receive pre-cruise forms with their documents which should be completed and either mailed or faxed to Silversea Cruises.

Immigration Forms will arrive with your cruise documents. You must then mail or fax to Star Clipper at the address and fax numbers provided prior to departure.

Guests sailing on Windstar Cruises should complete their pre-cruise information online prior to arriving at the pier.
